Week in Review - Sunday, April 11

Dear Parents,

This week in Hebrew School we learned all about Hashem's Army of Goodness called Tzivot Hashem. The Mission of this army is to fill the world with goodness and transform darkness into light! The main enemy is the Yetzer Harah - the bad voice inside of us that tries to trick us into doing the wrong thing.

We played a super fun interactive arcade game teaching us how the Yetzer Hara works and how we can overcome it! The Yetzer Hara tries to come and attack us in 3 ways. Through our thought, speech and action. Although there are many things in life that are beyond our control, our thought, speech and action is always in our control! We learned how by having self control and not allowing the bad voice inside of us take control of these three things, we win over  the Yetzer Hara!

We learned that the most valued soldiers of this army are the young children! Every single child has their own special part and mission in this army and as Hebrew School students we must come together to combat this mission!

Each student was gifted their very own army badge and a Tzivot Hashem waterbottle with daily missions on it! We challenge each student to complete the missions and return the filled out badge to Hebrew School for which they will receive medals and go up in rank!

Download the Chabad Plus app where you can easily enter the completed missions and your child will receive points! Every parent will receive a text with their child's username and password.
